PCT1 passenger counting sensor
Highly precise automatic passenger counting (APC) sensor that can discern objects such as bicycles, strollers, and wheelchairs, as well as estimate passenger genders.
Designed for public transportation needs, this APC sensor accommodates the dimensions of various moving vehicles, even where low mounting heights and wide doors are an issue. In peak and off-peaks hours, the number of passengers counted remains accurate and even distinguished from objects like bicycles, strollers and wheelchairs. Moreover, it supports VDV-301 and ITxPT, the two most common communication standards for interoperability in public transportation vehicles.
