Track auscultation vehicles

The track inspection vehicle is a light, robust vehicle with excellent dynamic behaviour and a high level of comfort in the cab. This vehicle is particularly suitable for the economical inspection of underground, urban and suburban lines. Its flexible design enables it to adapt to small and medium networks, particularly in terms of radius of curvature, gauge and size.

Measure
It is equipped with a contactless 3-point track geometry measuring system or a mechanical carriage measuring system according to EN13848, which allows track inspection at speeds up to 80 km/h. It can be equipped with many options and/or other measuring systems. Such as wave wear, rail profile measurement or systems supplied by external partners or developed by the user himself.
Analysis and displays
User-friendly software with a multilingual interface, which can be adjusted according to the measuring elements present on the vehicle, it synchronises the different systems and can be localised by means of beacons. Additional software, allowing analysis and visualisation of the track quality per section, can be easily added to the measurement acquisition system. Regular updates ensure that the measurement system is always up to date.
Compact and transportable
Equipped with a loading device on a road trailer that allows the machine to be easily lifted and moved sideways, the machine can also be parked at the side of the road after an intervention thanks to this device, thus limiting transport costs. The vehicle is also easy to re-rail using this system.
High availability
Proven on all continents under climatic conditions, the measurement vehicle has components that are all easily accessible for service and maintenance. An auxiliary back-up system can be installed to quickly disengage the vehicle in an emergency. The gauge change kits can be quickly installed anywhere thanks to the integrated lifting device.
Robust configuration
The vehicle and its measuring equipment can be adapted to different tropical, desert or cold weather conditions. The very rigid chassis serves as a reference for measuring the track geometry.
