During the disassembly or assembly process of a bogie, different preloads of spring elements are necessary.
In addition, the newly installed rubber components can be ideally set (pre-rolled) by applying frequent force. If the rubber elements have been able to adapt to the new installation position through this process, the initial test, e.g. on a bogie test bench NBT, will be more constant and accurate.
