Template control
We offer a simple system for checking the gauge when loading switches and crossings, regardless of the type of wagon. A solution adaptable to several different gauges is also possible.

Loading plan
A loading plan allows, already during the study, to check the dimensions of the panel on the loading platform, but also to place the centre of gravity of the panel to ensure a good general balance of the wagon.

Fixation
On our simpler wagons we have manual, simple, quick and light fixings allowing all types of connection configurations (point or core - concrete, wood or steel sleepers - with or without drive).a fully mechanised fixing avoiding any work on the loading platforms is also available.

Loading of very long sleepers
Depending on the wagons, a "Plus" option allows the transport of 12 very long sleepers (up to 4.8m depending on the gauge).
