Two-way truck heavy

The road-rail coupling for heavy goods vehicles is a modular system that is mounted or attached to the respective carrier vehicle (regardless of brand). Depending on the total vehicle weight and configuration, the road-rail system can be designed as a 3-axle (single axle plus 2-axle bogie) or 4-axle (two 2-axle bogies) version.

• Modular system for brand-neutral trucks
• 3-axle version with a single axle with 2-axle bogie
• 4-axle version with two 2-axle bogies
• Chassis components specially designed for use in embankment maintenance or crane usage
• Designed to permanently withstand large amounts of torque on the vehicle‘s direct axis
• Track axles hydraulically driven with integrated anti-slip regulation (ASR)
• Each axle with service and spring-operated parking brake
• Sensors measure the load on the rear bogie
• Drive control regulates the torque of the drive axles
• Both bogies can be equipped with magnetic rail brakes optionally
• Replaceable track wheels for standard (1435 mm) and metre gauge (1000 mm)
• Rear bogie can be rotated hydraulically by up to 90° to place the vehicle on a two-lane level crossing with rails running perpendicular to the road
  • Motor vehicles for the transport of goods
  • Heavy-duty motor vehicles
  • Railway maintenance or service vehicles, and railway freight wagons
