ISO9001 recertified and ISO27001 certified
Qualityhas been the focus at FELA for over 50 years. Compliance with industry-relevant standards and regulations is the basis for our internal standards.
Since January 3, 2023, we have been ISO27001 certified in addition to ISO9001. We again passed the recertification to ISO 9001 without any deviations. In addition, we reached the milestone set in 2020 and achieved certification of the information security management system ISMS in accordance with ISO 27001.
This applies both to our headquarters FELA Management AG in Diessenhofen and to our subsidiary FELA Deutschland GmbH in Birkenfeld, Germany.
Information security is becoming increasingly important for our customers in the public transport and transportation sectors.
While building the management system, we were able to review and optimize our backup and protection solutions, making our solutions even more secure.
